Community Projects
Since 2012, My community work & outreach has been at the core of my grassroots engagement mission as a resident, property owner, business operator, and founding president of the first Sustainable neighborhood Association in North Beach, that has touched every corner of Miami Beach.
Below are some of the community projects I have been at the forefront of.
These are real results, with little, to no resources and zero special interest financial support.
Current and completed projects have brought or will bring millions of dollars in direct benefits to increase quality of life, resiliency and long term prosperity in our community.
With your Vote, I will be able to achieve real results for the people, not for special interests, and bring back real accountability to City Hall.

Our Community Advocacy and Outreach stretches far! Over the past 5 years Omar has engaged with residents and stakeholders from all corners of Miami Beach on important issues, helping bring over $10 million dollars in direct community benefits to Park View and the wider community.
